2 Eggs (Prefer organic country-eggs)
2 tablespoon of wheat flour
2 chopped green chilies
Little garlic (chopped)
1 medium sized chopped large onion (you can also use small onions)
Required amount of black pepper and salt
Chopped coriander leaves
Step 1: Break the raw eggs and add in a bowl. Beat the eggs with spoon.
Step 2: To the bowl of beaten eggs, add green chilies, onions, garlic, coriander leaves, black pepper and salt.
Step 3: Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
Step 4: Finally, add wheat flour to the mixture of beaten eggs. Stir and mix well.
Step 5: Take a Tava or non-stick pan and heat it.
Step 7: Pour the mixture on the Tava and spread it in a round shape.
Step 8: Once the recipe gets cooked well on both the sides, turn off the flame.
