This is 15 minute workout routine to pump your upper body. If you are busy in your daily life and want to stay fit and healthy but don’t have much time for a good workout. Then this workout routine is for you. If you can’t go any gym, don’t worry, this is easy workout which can be done at home too. This workout routine is about chest and back exercises. But this workout will effect your whole upper body. These exercises are for your biceps and triceps too. This workout targets your whole upper body.

Upper Body Workout

Complete as many total rounds of set as you can in 15 minutes. These are your exercises:

Close Grip Pull Up : Pull ups target your back and biceps muscles. Complete at least 10-15 reps of close grip pull ups in one set.

Push Up: Push ups target your chest and triceps muscles. Complete at least 25-30 reps in one set.

Target :First start with pull ups. Complete 10-15 reps of close grip pull ups and take 10 seconds rest, then complete 25-30 reps of push ups and again take 10 seconds break and start this routine again.
