Upcoming cars in India in 2018: Here is the list of cars that are expected to arrive in the domestic market by next year that includes Audi Q5, Jeep Renegade, Land Rover convertable and Mitsubishi Outlander. Let’s see.
After showcasing the second-gen Q5 at the 2017 Paris Motor Show, Audi has finally confirmed that it will launch the new Q5 in India on January 18, 2018. .
The list of creature comforts offered on the new Q5 includes an 8.3-inch infotainment system with handwriting recognition, Audi’s MMI interface (with navigation) paired with a Bang & Olufsen sound system and a 12.3-inch ‘Virtual Cockpit’, which replaces the analogue instrument cluster.
The India-spec model is likely to get the 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines with 252PS and 190PS power figures, respectively. Transmission duties for both the engines are likely to be given to a 7-speed S Tronic gearbox.

The Uconnect 6.5 Nav system comes with a 6.5-inch touchscreen, AM/FM radio, AUX/USB media hub for iPod mobile device integration, sensor-assisted GPS, speed-adjusted volume and GPS navigation.. The interior of the Renegade also comes with folding second-row seats offered as either a 60/40 split folding rear bench or a 40/20/40 split folding rear bench with cargo area pass-through.

Range Rover Evoque – Convertible Luxury SUV | Land Rover India

Mitsubishi India will relaunch the Outlander in the coming months, which was discontinued in 2012 as a second-gen model. Now, the global facelift/mid-cycle update of the third-generation Outlander will make it to the country. the SUV is likely to be launched soon in the price range of Rs 24-28 lakh. Like the second-gen model, the 2017 Outlander is expected to be a CBU (completely built up) import. The new Outlander will rival the Hyundai Santa Fe, upcoming Honda CR-V and the recently launched Volkswagen Tiguan among others. According to the Mitsubishi website, the Outlander will be loaded to the gills with goodies such as 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels (225/55R tyres), LED lighting, automatic trunk, sunroof, 6.1-inch infotainment system among others.The India-spec Mitsubishi Outlander is likely to be powered by the 2.4-litre MIVEC (167PS/222Nm) naturally-aspirated petrol engine same as before. This motor is mated to a CVT automatic with paddle shifters (6-speed sports mode) and comes with Mitsubishi’s Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) setup
